One of the greatest experiences in Montana is our Wilderness Summer Safaris! Whether you enjoy fly fishing, horseback riding, spectacular scenery, camping or all of the above you're sure to find our pack trips satisfying of all your expectations. Our knowledgeable and capable guides, as well as our terrific cook can help you explore the far reaches of the vast Bob Marshall and Scapegoat Wilderness areas.

Rich in native trout, wildflowers, majestic peaks as well as unlimited fun "The Bob" and Montana Safaris will make your adventure a memory you will treasure forever. Whether you are an experienced rider or have never ridden a horse you're sure to find pleasure here, as we ride strong mountain horses along wilderness trails enjoying conversation, wildlife and all the beautiful picturesque scenery. Experiencing our western heritage is very gratifying to all.

We take breaks during the ride about every hour, usually near a refreshing mountain stream and arrive at our new campsite in time for a little relaxation or fishing before savoring a delicious dinner prepared by the best camp cook in the Rocky Mountains! Typically we spend 1-2 nights at each campsite.

We then will pack up and move to another wonderful area, each with its own sparkling stream, meadows and adventure. Campfire stories are always a hit, so bring along a little imagination to compliment this popular "social time"

Two person teepee tents are provided for sleeping as well as a "camp kitchen" portable shower and tent and of course the latrine.

All livestock handling, camp set up and teardown, cooking, packing and other duties are performed by our crew, giving you all the time needed to fish, read, relax, socialize, photograph and enjoy your vacation.
